Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Service Description

The Giggr Digital Maturity Compass is a diagnostic tool provided by Giggr to help organizations and individuals assess their digital maturity capabilities across five key dimensions: Domain, Leadership, Culture, Resilience, and Readiness.

2. Eligibility & Access

You must provide a valid work email address to access the service.

You agree to provide accurate information about your organization and role to ensure the integrity of the community benchmarks.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

✗Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

✗Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.

✗Attempt to de-anonymize benchmark data or identify other users.

✗Submit false or misleading data intentionally.

✗Use automated tools or bots to access the service.

✗Share your account credentials with others.

✗Circumvent any security measures or rate limits.

4. Intellectual Property

Giggr Content

The questionnaire logic, dimension models, scoring algorithms, and "Giggr" brand assets are owned by Giggr. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these without written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your individual response data. You grant Giggr a license to use this data in strict anonymity to generate aggregated benchmarks and insights.

5. Results & Reports

Results are generated based on your responses and the scoring methodology.

Your 2026 Target is calculated as +1 level above your 2025 Snapshot, capped at 5.

Archetype assignments are determined by patterns in your dimensional scores.

Benchmarks are only displayed when the minimum threshold (N≥2) is met.

6. Disclaimers

Indicative Tool

The results provided are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or strategic advice. You should not rely solely on these results for making critical business decisions.

"As Is" Provision

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the benchmarks or results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giggr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue

Loss of data

Business interruption

Decisions made based on the diagnostic results

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these Terms, particularly regarding data integrity, abuse, or attempts to circumvent security measures.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by requesting deletion of your data.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
